Overview

The Day5 Execution Sprint is a fixed-scope, fast-turnaround creative engagement designed to deliver high-impact brand or campaign assets within 5 business days. By purchasing a sprint, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Work

Each $5,000 Sprint includes:

Brand or campaign strategy workshop
Creative direction and messaging framework
AI-enhanced creative tooling (as needed)
Concept development + production
Delivery-ready assets (web, brand, or campaign use)
Daily alignment + execution recaps
Unlimited refinements within the 5-day window

Note: Sprint deliverables are scoped to one primary initiative (e.g. a campaign, brand concept, product launch). Additional initiatives require additional sprints.

2. Timeline

Each sprint is delivered within 5 business days, beginning on the mutually confirmed start date.

“Day 1” begins after intake is completed and sprint scope is confirmed.
Client responsiveness is essential to maintain momentum. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

3. Revisions

Unlimited rounds of refinement are offered during the 5-day sprint window.
Refinements are intended to improve or align existing work—not to introduce completely new directions mid-sprint.
After Day 5, additional refinements may require a new sprint booking.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment ($5,000 USD) is required upfront to confirm and reserve your sprint.
Payments are non-refundable due to the dedicated nature of our time and creative resources.

5. Rush or Multi-Sprint Projects

Need deliverables faster than 5 days? Rush sprint availability can be discussed for an additional fee.
For large-scale work, sprints may be stacked sequentially or run in parallel (based on team capacity).

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful sprint, clients agree to:

Complete all intake materials before the start date
Provide timely feedback and approvals
Appoint one primary decision-maker
Attend alignment calls or respond via async methods daily

7. What’s Not Included

The Execution Sprint does not cover:

Ongoing content production or social media calendars
Web or app development outside of approved scope
Legal, copywriting for T&Cs, or compliance documentation
Long-form video production (unless scoped separately)

8. Failure to Deliver

If Day5 fails to deliver the agreed scope within the 5-day window due to our internal delay, you will receive:

Either a partial refund or
A credit for one additional sprint, at our discretion

Client-side delays or scope changes void this guarantee.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final assets created in the sprint are yours to own—you receive full usage rights.
Day5 retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

10. Communication

All communication will take place via email, our client portal, or scheduled video check-ins.
Daily recaps will be provided to keep everything aligned and transparent.

11. Confidentiality & NDAs

We treat all client information, assets, and communications as confidential.

Any files, strategies, or project details shared with Day5 will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
If you require a mutual non-disclosure agreement (MNDA), we’re happy to sign a standard agreement before kickoff.
Likewise, if you wish to restrict portfolio usage of your project, please notify us during onboarding.
