Define your brand before you invest in it.

When Direction Matters,
We Move Fast.
Day5™ is a five-day brand clarity sprint for founders who need direction, fast.
Before design. Before execution. Before momentum is lost.
(About Us)
Day5™ exists to fix the most expensive mistake early teams make, building before direction is clear.
We created Day5™ to help founders slow down at the moment it matters most before time, money, and momentum are committed to the wrong path. It’s not about design or polish. It’s about making the right decision at the right moment.
(The Day5 Sprint)
A five day brand clarity sprint adapted for real execution.
This sprint is a short, intensive working session designed to align founders and teams before execution begins.
It borrows the structure of a design sprint, but replaces prototyping with decision-making producing a clear brand direction and a brief that can be handed off to an internal team or external agency.
This is not an agency engagement.
This is not a design sprint.
It’s a decision sprint.
(Built in 5 Days)
Real sprint work. Selected examples.
How Direction Is Decided
Five days. One outcome. No ambiguity.
01
Map.
We align on the real problem.
Define what you’re building, what success looks like, and what must be true for the brand to work.
Output: Sprint goal + decision criteria + audience hypothesis
02
Constraints.
We narrow the field.
Identify limits (time, budget, product reality, market context) and use them to eliminate weak directions early.
Output: Constraints + non-negotiables + boundary lines
03
Options.
We explore what’s viable.
Generate multiple positioning routes and message angles then pressure-test them against reality.
Output: 2–3 viable directions + pros/cons + risk flags
04
Decide.
We choose the direction.
Make the call then lock what “on brand” means so execution doesn’t drift.
Output: Final direction + positioning + message spine
05
Commit.
We package it into a brief.
Turn decisions into a clear, structured handoff document that a team can execute immediately.
Output: Final Brand Brief + priorities + next-step plan
What to Expect from a Day5 Sprint
Clear direction in five days. Nothing more, nothing less.

FAQs
How does payment work?
All Day5 engagements are paid upfront before the sprint begins.
This locks the schedule, allows for proper preparation, and keeps the focus on outcomes, not hours.
What if I don’t like what you create at first?
That’s part of the process.
Day5 is built around live working sessions and structured check-ins, so direction is shaped collaboratively. We adjust early and deliberately, before decisions are finalized.
What if we love the creative but want to take it to another agency afterward?
That’s completely fine.
You own the outputs of the sprint. Some teams continue with us, others move forward internally or with another partner. Day5 is designed to stand on its own.
What exactly will we walk away with?
You’ll leave with a clear creative direction and a decision-ready foundation—concepts, guidance, and next steps aligned around a single path forward.
No excess. No unfinished thinking.
What’s intentionally not included?
Day5 is not a full build.
We don’t execute full websites, finalize production-ready brand systems, or handle development. The sprint is focused on clarity, direction, and momentum, not long-term execution.
What happens after Day5?
You decide.
Some teams extend the work with us. Others take the direction and execute elsewhere. Either way, you leave with a clear plan and confidence in the next move.
